Any tips out there on wooing and pursuing a mate after a divorce and after the age of 40?

It's more important at your point to go after those that have learn a little bit better what a relationship is about, those that concentrate more on the friendship, then the romantce. As you get older its easier to see that forcing the romance is a youngins game (naive), while being real, honest, and truthful is a better way as you get older to make a relationship romantic by its very exsistence along (wise). So take your relationships more serious and look for people that share your same purpose in life, and be suprised how well things turn out for you.

Know what kind of person your looking for.Im sure we all learn by our mistakes and not to repeat them. You should post a profile on dating sites, this way you can see who your getting and what kind of heart they have. I had a few friends who have meet great guys on harmony.com. Just be yourself and im sure you will find someone nice and compatiable.Good Luck
